Order Processing

We carefully hand-pack each order within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Options

We offer two delivery methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx, delivering within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over £50, delivering within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.

Our Return Promise

While we hope every dress finds its perfect match, we understand that sometimes our floral dresses might not bloom as expected or that sequin number might not shine quite right for you. That’s why we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sequin dresses if the protective packaging has been removed
  • Items marked as final sale (occasionally from our Summer Dresses and Sequin Dresses collections)

How to Return an Item

Returning your item is as simple as tying the sash on our floral wrap dresses:

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and return request
  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  3. Package your return securely in the original packaging
  4. Include the completed Return Form (template below)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color (subject to availability). Simply follow the return process above and specify your exchange preferences in your email. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your summer dress arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement.
