At Liquosmi Store, we want you to love your new dress as much as we loved creating it. However, we understand that sometimes a floral dress might not bloom as expected or that little black dress might not be your perfect fit. Our returns policy is designed with the same care and elegance as our dress collections.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In the original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sequin dresses if the protective packaging has been removed. The delicate nature of sequins requires special handling to ensure they remain perfect for the next customer.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and return request
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Package your return securely in the original packaging
- Include the completed Return Form (see template below)

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the same return process above and specify your exchange preferences in your email. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your summer dress arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement.
Final Sale Items
Occasionally, certain seasonal styles (particularly from our Summer Dresses and Sequin Dresses collections) may be marked as final sale. These items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
