We strive to represent our dresses as accurately as possible. All product images are taken in natural lighting, and we provide multiple angles. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor display settings.

Delivery Information

Where do you deliver?
We’re proud to offer worldwide delivery (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other regions). If we can’t deliver to your location, we’ll notify you immediately after you place your order.
What are my delivery options?
We offer two stylish delivery options to suit your needs:
  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Processed in 1-2 days, delivered via DHL/FedEx in 10-15 days with full tracking
  • Free Standard Shipping: For orders over £50, processed in 1-2 days, delivered via EMS in 15-25 days with tracking

After processing (1-2 business days), delivery typically takes:

Currently, we focus on providing reliable standard shipping options to keep costs affordable while ensuring your dresses arrive beautifully. We’re constantly evaluating new delivery options to serve you better.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
For international orders, customs/duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your dress as much as we do! If it doesn’t make you feel confident and beautiful, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a refund (excluding original shipping costs). Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
Please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate address.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns only. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank.
